This booklet is for women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant and who struggle with substance use issues. It has information about effects of alcohol and other drugs on pregnancy and breast-feeding. Some women find it’s easy to quit or cut down when pregnant. Other women find it’s difficult.
A key message in the book: You are not alone. Many women are in this situation.
