What do you know about FASD? Educate Yourself

The Evan Hardy Media School Program and the FASD Network of Saskatchewan went out to the streets to find out what their community knew about FASD.

Go out and ask your community, ‘What do you know about FASD?’ and support spreading the facts about alcohol and pregnancy.

  1. Drinking can be harmful at any point during pregnancy and can result in lifelong disabilities.
  2. Alcohol and pregnancy don’t mix. If you drink alcohol and are sexually active, make sure you use effective birth control.
  3. Friends, partners and family members can support a pregnant woman by asking how they can help her make healthy choices for healthy babies.
  4. It is never too late to stop drinking when pregnant.
