The Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA) has developed the new Canada’s Guidance on Alcohol and Health Communications Toolkit. The online toolkit can be used when engaging with patients, clients and the public. These products are accessible, shareable, printable and ready for your use. The toolkit includes:
- Poster
- Infographics
- Social media images and prewritten messages
- Frequently asked questions
- PowerPoint presentation on the guidance (available on request)
- Plus, there’s more to come soon
These tools will help you provide the information people need to make well-informed and responsible decisions about their alcohol consumption.
The main recommendation of the guidance is that people consider drinking less. Any reduction in alcohol consumption benefits health.
