Title: Coping and hoping: engaging youth expertise
Description: This is a joint webinar hosted by McCreary in partnership with the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction. How do we create safe and accessible ways for youth who use substances to be engaged in program and policy development? Youth engagement refers to meaningfully and sustainably involving young people in decision-making that affects them. Meaningful youth engagement allows youth to take action, have their voice heard, and to actively participate in their own development.
Join us on March 11th as we explore the benefits, supports required, levels of participation and considerations for engaging youth who use substances.
